On August 28th, Democratic Party Nominee Senator Barack Obama gave his acceptance speech for the Presidential Nomination in Denver, Colorado at the Pepsi Center

On day 1 – Ted Kennedy made a surprise appearance and although ill – delivered a speech

Michelle Obama spoke on the theme of the day – One Nation.

On the 27th August – Senator Joe Biden (Vice President nomination) – spoke on Securing America’s future. Former President Bill Clinton also spoke -“Clearly, the job of the next president is to rebuild the American dream and to restore American leadership in the world.”

Barack Obama gave his speech on the 28th August, along with Al Gore.
